Humble Beginnings.

In 2020, inspired by the life changing benefits of a consistent yoga practice, Rhiannon completed teacher training with Open Doors Yoga Studio. In 2021, Rhiannon partnered with local libraries to offer free community yoga classes in the town of Weymouth and city of Quincy, MA. She has since expanded her offerings to include semi-private and corporate events, as well as in-studio instruction

Meet Rhiannon.

Rhiannon believes that practicing yoga has the power to create meaningful connection and a life you love.

Introduced to yoga in her formative years, Rhiannon owes her love of yoga to her mother Karen, a Kripalu certified yogi who lovingly shares her practice with Rhiannon both on and off the mat. She credits her father Walter for her love of animals, her deep connection to all living things, her quick wit, and her sense of humor.

Rhiannon is a lifelong lover of learning who is passionate about the importance of genuine human connection. She is dedicated to understanding and overcoming the barriers that diminish our capacity for compassion and prevent us from reaching unity in our personal lives and in our communities.

Throughout her service oriented career, Rhiannon has worked to empower individuals living with the adverse effects of food insecurity, homelessness, trauma, and addiction. Rhiannon utilizes her experience and training to cultivate safe and supportive yoga spaces in which to heal, learn and grow.

Rhiannon is a devoted mother, dedicated seeker, and grateful practitioner. When she’s not teaching or practicing yoga, you can find her unplugged, outdoors, enjoying live music or spending time with family and friends.

Humble Roots Yoga is the culmination of Rhiannon’s personal and professional life experiences, her love of humanity, her desire for one-ness and her love of yoga.
